Akropol established by Leo Emmanoilidis began as a one module stand in C shed Sydney Markets, Akropol quickly became one of the leaders in the fresh produce industry offering a vast variety of bunch line and vegetable products.

With its growing customer base and growers support Akropol fast outgrew its premises in C shed and relocated to its current three module stand in A shed Sydney Markets.

Today Akropol continues as a family run business specializing in fresh herbs, bunch lines and all vegetable products priding themselves on supplying independent retailers , regional fruit markets and Sydneys best providores and restaurants.

All our products are sourced within Australia from local growers and farms in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Our vision is to provide our clientele with the freshest Australian grown herbs and vegetables all year round.

Our quality

Akropol has a HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) food safety system in place with key staff trained in monitoring and maintaining our quality standards.

All our products are sourced from approved suppliers and are regularly monitored and tested for chemical and microbial residues required by FSANZ (Food standards Aust & New Zealand ).
